Tony Katzenberger, President of Pacific Northwest Consulting Group, is a recognized authority in the following fields of expertise:
Tony was the Businessman of the Year for the National Congressional Committee 2005. Tony has many years experience in manufacturing. His extensive expertise in Safety processes has helped earn OSHA VPP Star certification for an asphalt manufacturing facility. His safety processes go beyond personnel safety, but to the safety of contractors and visitors within the facilities also. |
Using Six Sigma tools and methodologies, Lean Manufacturing principals, 5-S, Employee Engagement, Tony has increased throughput efficiencies within petroleum manufacturing facilities, increased employee involvement and ownership, along with putting in place energy savings techniques that saved over $200,000 per year (ongoing) for each facility that they were implemented in. Tony has managed projects ranging from small direct account projects that increase safety and accountability within a facility to over $2M manufacturing plant builds. Prior to his career in consulting,Tony worked for major companies including twelve years with a Fortune 500 Corporation. |
Today, Tony is focused on sharing his expertise with multiple organizations in order to help them achieve World Class results within their business. He is a single father of three children; Devin (16), Katie (15), Andrew (12). Tony and his children are active within their community and throughout the United States. Tony was an active Hurricane Katrina Relief Volunteer, helping families throughout Mississippi to recover from the devastating aftermath. |
